Darko Špoljarić is a proactive and experienced software developer. In his 9 years in IT industry he has worked on architecture, design and development of many enterprise level applications, in Croatia and abroad. His interests are primarily focused on team leadership, mentoring and coaching of less experienced team members, and also on conducting of agile practices. Agile software development is also a big area of his interest, in which he’s in since year 2010. Darko is primarily focused on Scrum framework, and he’s also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He’s continuously improving by studying theoretical knowledge and gathering hands-on experiences on real projects, workshops and conferences. He is closely following technology trends on JVM platform and web technologies, and is continuously experimenting with new technologies, frameworks and tools.
